5 months and still no service from Matrix

This is my second time writing a review about the same problem. We have been trying since May to get our tracker unit refitted, with no luck or a response to any of my e-mails. I have been e-mailing: Nokuphiwa Mthetwa, Santhurie Govender and Boseletso Dalimfazwe, but no one ever responds
