47.38% increase in my premium
I am disgusted with the lack of client centric attitude. I just received a call from a consultant to say that my 3 year contract is over, and I am now on a month to month with a 47.38% increase in my premium. Considering that is it a recession and that covid has devastated the economy is increasing your clients premiums by this amount the best plan? I am moving to another company asap!
