3x Debit Amount Debited for an Up-to-date Account

Last week Monday, 26/10/2015, you've debited 3x the amount you were suppose to be debitting in my account.<br> <br> I called you people and I was told the difference will be credited back to my account. Today it's Wednesday, 04/11/2015, the money hasn't been credited to my account, yet after kept pestering me with notifications that my account is in arreas, while in actual fact, it is up to date.<br> <br> This is nothing but b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t, ... I mean, what about the inconvenience that you guys are causing me by not have credited this amount already back to my account.<br> <br> FRIENDLY BE INFORMED THAT, SHOULD THIS MONEY NOT REFLECT TO MY ACCOUNT TODAY AT 12:00 MID-DAY, I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BY TO CANCEL ALL FUTURE DEBITS BY YOU FROM MY ACCOUNTS. I WILL REVERT BACK TO MANUAL PAYMENTS.<br> <br> This is nonsense.<br> <br> I want that money credited to my account before 12h00 midday today (04/11/2015)
