Seems like the only way to get them to respond to any emails is by reporting them on this platform and having potential clients see what you have to expect from this company.

So hello Matrix tracker staff and management, I am still waiting for your response to my last email asking you to correct the statement you supp**** and if your response is someone will get back to me don't bother, just fix it and send me the email. I really just want to be done with you.
