2nd Complaint in as many months

I initially had an issue with getting my debit orders taken off, which was finally resolved and had to pay a double debit due to MiX Telematics incompetence. On the 29th of June, I cancelled my subscription with immediate effect, only to receive an invoice on the 30th June for the month of July. I queried this with ********** with various emails to credit this, still awaiting a response. I then finally decided to phone the call center, even though I have never had any joy with this, and spoke to Kego last week Friday, where I was promised that I would be called with the resolution, I am still awaiting this call. Today, I received a mail saying that my new installation (what new installation???) is scheduled for today in Midrand, as well as read receipts from ********** stating emails have been deleted without being read???? This is shocking, and it seems this forum is the only way to get a response from anyone. You would think service would mean something to someone at this company.

Ok, now I get an email telling me that my new car that has been paid for three years upfront by the dealership starting last month has been cancelled (WHY WOULD I CANCEL THIS?!), when all I was asking was for a credit? What is wrong with you guys, is it that hard to get right?
