This is why companies are failing due to lack of caring for there customers.once they have your money they don't give a damn about you. I have a technical problem with my tracking system with Matrix. They promised to get back to me but I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.but they keep sending me false statements that I owe them money.i have a debt order with then so I don't know how I owe them this petty amounts money they claim that I owe them.that just shows you the *********** staff they have working for them. I don't think I would recommend there service to anyone
