Sent 8 emails to *** and 8 emails to *** - no response to acknowledge cancellation from 18.May 2026 but if you send an email to sales you get an immediate reference number - go figure

Received a reply saying they received my email 22 May (I have proof I starting send on 18 May) they would cancel from 22 May (but the cancellation contract they have made 26 May) my name is not Nicole as you have put above - they took off the last month today - lets see how it goes next month - I doubt very much they will get it right - I most def cannot recommend them
