1 month later and still no reply
on the 23rd Feb 2016 I want to cancel my Beame and they said I must send an email to cancel it so at around 10:24 the same day I have send the email but no reply for a week so the following week I phoned and asked them if they received my email they said they received it and somebody will phone me shortly and now its the 14th March still no reply or call from them!!!
