Two months ago I had reached out to Matrix - Mixtelematics to request them to close my account as I have sold the car. They told me that there is an amount of R432.40 still outstanding, so they will debit that amount and close my account. That promise did not come to pass as I have received a new statement with an amount of R215.80 outstanding. This company is ripping me off as I'm paying for a service that I'm not using.
