Customer Service Non Existent

In November 2019 we purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross and to date have yet to receive the registration plates for it. We have had to each time initiate the communication when the temporary plates expire and chase responses. This now the second time that the temporary registrations have expired and no communication as to when we will receive a replacement or in fact the actual registration. Customer Service is non existent following the purchase of a vehicle and will definitely look at another make and model for my next purchase.
