Parts department is desperate to make sales figures
Stay away from their Parts dept, i got ****med out of R5789 & denied refund for over 5 months while they kept the part i had paid for in full. Eventually I was told that i had bought "dead stock" & since they do not sell a lot of it, they could not refund. The worst experience i ever had from such a reputable brand.
