Mitchum Advanced Roll On

I am not a happy customer, I bought Mitchum Advanced Roll On which is not cheap, R56.95 from Clicks, it seems their packaging is defective, it does not wind out so it renders the product completely unusable!!!! I am sick to stomach to think i wasted so much money on this product!! I went onto their facebook page to complain as well and saw plenty other people complaining about the exact same problem, so WHY is nothing being done about this, this product should be removed from the shelves?!?!!?!?!?!?!!?!?
