Leaking containers no response from team

Mitchum i have been trying to reach out to you regarding my leaking containers and it happened on 2 occasions i initially thought it was just a bad batch and let it go but for you guys to not respond to my concern. Please not your product is not cheap at all. I would appreciate your feedback
