Boils and bumps

I bought 3 roll on for me and my 12 year old daughter and we had the same problem that we get very painful bumps under arms. I sent a message on instagram and they requested all my details including the photos and the store where I bought the roll ons. They promised to get back to me but now they are just ignoring my messages.

I had to take my daughter to go see a doctor at Discheme because she was in pain only to find out that she had a boil, I’m also in pain but I have to finish the roll on cuz what will I do with 3 new roll on
