Bad service on reviews

This company I love their product, but they do not care of the quality they offer us. I have 2 reviews already on the same issue, one was in April and the one now in November, meaning they did not review the issue presented to them in April. See below the email I sent today and not delivered because of their server then I called their tollfree number which is always engage. Good day,

I apologies that I must respond now, did not have access to this email.

Did not plan to respond because when I saw the email it was late and did not have the product information anymore.

However, what prompts me to respond now is that i bought the 100ml roll-on now and it does the same. You even must loosen it a bit on a side but that also becomes a waste as it will not be working as it is supposed to.

With the above being said, I am wondering if the company does really take our reviews into consideration and try to improve the quality of the product or its container in this case.
