No one answers the phone at sunflower ward 24/7

I’ve been trying to contact Sunflower Ward since yesterday with no answer. When I approached the nurse at the station ,‪***‬, she responded in a dismissive and unhelpful manner and gave me this number while mentioning that the switchboard is not working. I have also been trying to call on previous days without success. This ‪lack of communication is very frustrating
