Mitchells Plain District Hospital killing people?

My mom was admitted to the hospital on the 17th of December. She went in cause of a diabetic coma they put her in a covid ward nd the 18th her test came back positive. Nurses said she is awake and eating soft foods. She died the next day. My dad is at hospital being treated for kidney failure and pneumonia. His covid test came back negative but he is being taken to a covid ward. We phone and no one answers. We cant visit but the hospital staff tell us lies that he is awake and eating...i will leave my job to pay for lawyers to take on the hospital.
