Mitchell’s plain District Hospital

Our local GP gave a referral letter for my cousin to go to the hospital for lumber puncture and a CT scan for his migraines that no one could treat for 3 weeks . The doctor sends him home with pain tablets only to find out 6 days later at Victoria Hospital that he has meningitis. He had a fever that was so high and could hardly speak or walk to be able to tell the Dr’s what is wrong because they wouldn’t allow his mother in with him but yet they also couldn’t follow instructions on the referral letter on what to do. The service is PATHETIC!
