13 YEAR OLD BOY THAT WAS ILTREATED BY DOCTORS AND SURGEONS

So the first Saturday i took my son to trauma his 13 years old after sitting for 3.5 hours i followed up and the Nurse told me "No his problem is not VERY URGENT so he can go home because he will be sitting here for 13 hours but his problem is nothing to worry about.The Sunday we monitored him and by the evening he was taken back to a hospital. After being turned away for the second time took him to a pharmacy. They gave him medication and monitored through the evening. By Monday he deteriorated and was taken to a GP of which he was monitored over a period of 3 days by the 4th day back to Mitchells plain District hospital whereby he sat for almost 16 hours before being admitted. No doctors contacted or spoke to the parents. The Saturday after he was discharged with no explaination. By the next Tuesday we went back to the GP that referred us back to Mitchells Plain District Hospital. After 2 days they decided to operate. Before I arrived at the hospital the Doctor on call and Surgeon had already explained to my 13 year old son that they will operate not contacting the parents as he is a minor. Secondly when he cried going into surgery they started shouting at him not letting him feeling at ease with the OP his currently going for. When done he had been lying in dirty hospital pajamas as well as dirty bedding no one attended to him and we were constantly blocked off at the dorrs that we could not see him. This is a DISGRACE TO THE HEALTH FACILITIES WE HAVE TO PAY FOR AS WELL AS A DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY. HIS AA 13 YEAR OLD CHILD THROWN WITH ADULT MEN WITH NO SUPERVISION.
