Pathetically poor service

I'm not even sure if disgusted is the proper word to use for the service that I have received from Mitchell's Fibre.

I app**** for Fibre 3 weeks ago using the service provider Cool ideas, upon activating my voucher I received an error message advising that my property already had Fibre installed.

I have been calling and emailing Cool ideas and even been in contact with some of the people of Mitchell's Fibre and still to date nothing has been done or resolved.

I have to explain myself numerously, I have provided POA, sent my location as well as detailed directions of where I reside and no technician has been sent out to come and check the lines, all they keep saying is that the address has been captured incorrectly when the person in the back road app**** for Fibre and that address happened to be mine.

I was told that the matter was escalated to a Supervisor and when making contact with the gentleman that is assisting or trying to assist he just ignores me and doesn't respond.

What a way to render a service.
