Pathetic Internet

This is possibly the worst internet i have experienced, I cannot have a decent connection for more than an hour! They sent A Tech and they installed a stabalizer as our Dsb is too high, then it was okay for 2 days and the line just keeps disconnecting, My 4 meg ADSL with Tellom was more Stable than this pathetic fibre, besides that i have lodged a complaint and was smsd that i will get a call within 30 mins, i got a call 8 hours later and they agent couldnt even assist me as his line was bad and i was never called back, then i got a call to rate the service! Wow mitchells real smooth, i need someone to sort this out or im making these kinds of complaints more public than this
