No service from Mitchell's Fibre

Very disgusted with the service of Mitchell's Fibre- Afrihost been trying to get reconnected for 3 weeks now and no official help or service has been provided. Afrihost has only said they can email Mitchell's Fibre and that it would take 2 to 3 days for a response but nothing has been done.
