Mewb the worst fibre service ever

I have been waiting for 5 weeks for MWeb to resolve my fibre installation. No call backs No check ups Help centre is more of a Helpless centre Computer help voice is a bust..does not work at all.. Voucher has been bought 5 weeks ago..took me 10 min..but its like they done with you when money is paid.. Im absolutely dissapointed in their service..very very poor
