Extremely Poor Services

After pre-ordering a fibre line on Afrihost both Afrihost and Mitchell's Fibre only discovered months later that there was a problem as our house address was not mapped properly. After being reassured by both Afrihost and Mitchell's Fibre that the problem was being dealt with I was then informed weeks later after again contacting them that it will take 4 weeks to solve the issue this after a neighbor who had signed up with M-Web and had the same issue with their address had their problem fixed in 2 days
