BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish this site had a minus 100 stars coz dats what I would give this company. They r the absolute worst company I ever dealt with no customer service they may as well fire all the agents coz they can't help. I am calling 3 days in a row spending over 200 on Airtime to get a payment link to PAY my account n no one can help me. WHAT IS THE HEAVEN IS GOING ON AT THIS **** OF A COMPANY
