We bought a Ford Echosport and I’ve had the car for 8 months now, and since May 2024, I've had to return it almost every two weeks for repairs. Although they’ve repeatedly assured me that they are willing to fix the issues, the fact is that they haven’t been able to resolve the problems. What’s even more disappointing is that they’re not willing to refund the money I’ve paid for the car.

I strongly advise doing a thorough history check of any car before purchasing from Mit Mak. If they can’t fix the car, don’t expect them to offer any real assistance in returning it. In the end, you’ll only lose money and time, with no resolution in sight.
