Worst service ever

We bought a car from Mit Mak Motors Pretoria North and also took out a warranty plan as an extra. From day one we only had problems with the car. Although they did assist us (without a sustainable solution) , it is basicly impossible to get hold of their workshop manager to discuss issues or receive a report on what was done. Numerous calls were made and messages were left. In all the time (year and a half) of owning the car we basicly drove it for 3 months and it was at their workshop for 2 months, if not.longer. We are paying a car we cannot use because we bought a car they knew had problems and did not disclose to us. This is our last resort as we did try to resolve this issue numerous times without success.
