Worst ever experience Mitmak worst in motoring.

I bought a car about a month ago. Worst experience ever. I asked the car sales guy who was super friendly, I told him I need a reliable car as a woman, they told me that the car I was buying is realible and in good condition.

I got an approval and drove my car the very next day. I was requesting to bring the car back and I was told it will take 5 minutes to rectify, which in turn it took 4 days. I was told the car was okay, I drove my car with pride, the next week an engine light went on, I called the sales person and I took it in they called and said the car was fine, next week again light went on with a sound was terrifying, I took it in again for the 3rd time and they said it's a sensor which can be fixed quick and I took it in ,I received my car the next day with a promise of a fixed car, next week again same thing, now I told them if it's not fixed I want them to source a car similar to the one I have with the same amount. Guess what the light went on again just now, I spoke to workshop manager he wants me to bring the car again so they can check what's the problem, again after taking the car to them 5 times, time from work, with no courtesy cars because they don't even have them available, 3 times I had to look for alternatives means. Service I have received is the worst ever, I mean I bought a car that went to workshop 5 times in a matter of a month and the reason I went to them was because of how they pride themselves in being better in motoring well maybe to everyone but me, after this complain I'm taking it to the ombudsman......I want another car, I don't want other options.
