Worst after sales service I have experienced

Bought a car from Mit Mak Motors Pretoria paid for in cash on 2 May 2022, were told that the car would be ready for delivery within 5 to 10 days.

It is now more than a month and we still don't have the car, after being promised several times that the car was going to be delivered the next day, constantly following up from our side and a lot of back & forth, often the phone does not get answered and the call does not get returned, we have to phone 3 or 4 times before we can speak to the salesperson, the manager, etc. they promise to come back with answers, this does not happen. the problems with the car changes from that they are fixing the Diff lock to Engine mountings to Upholstery to Power Steering to Tyres, to paint.

Have asked to cancel the deal, they ask not to. We now reached a point where we would like to cancel the purchase and get all our money back, including the additional 2 year warranty that we paid for. So we can shop elsewhere, after seating without transport for a month.
