World class service

There is nothing more than I can say but outstanding service from Wayne Fitchat at Mit Mak motors, and their whole team in general, even the cleaning staff are friendly, you can gauge a lot how a business is run with these small interactions.

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought in 4 years, so I can tell you that I really did my research before purchasing, and I have been through this twice already recently. I even went to the previous dealerships I bought from to try again, but was not impressed by the service at all. One of these dealers could not even send me a document on email when requesting it, after they made the sale.

From arriving at the Mit Mak dealership to have a look at their cars, to collecting my vehicle a few days later, everything was 100% smooth sailing. Wayne kept me in the loop all the way and went above and beyond, he even went as far as arranging someone to sort out my temporary drivers license at the licensing department, as my drivers card was expired, what can I say, they saved me a whole day feeling sorry for myself at the licensing department.

On collection of the vehicle Wayne pointed out to me 2 minor issues, one being a globe needing replacement and the gear lever knob was not up to their standards, and already told me the globe and a new gear lever knob had been ordered and he will arrange replacement for me at my convenience as soon as they arrive, sometime next week. This was also a first for me.

Mit Mak motors blows any other dealership out of the water with the quality of their cars and the level of service, and I have dealt with quite a few dealerships. And lets face it, what you need is customer service and after sales service when making such a large purchase –no one can beat these guys, I’ll bet on that. Thanks again Wayne, I’ll be seeing you guys when service time comes, and when I am in the market again.
