Warranty

Hello Peter I would like to know what to do in this situation. I recently bought a vehicle from Mit Mak Motors and with that i had to take out a warranty which was actually the dealers choice. In the meantime the Company that covered this warranty, has gone in to liquidation and ceased the warranty as from the end of September 2022. So at the moment my vehicle has no warranty. The warranty amount was added to the vehicle purchase price which i am now paying for with interest. I was offered an additional warranty at a different company but have to pay an additional amount on a monthly basis to have this. I do not agree with this as i have already paid for the warranty. This is a warranty that was done by Mit Mak Motors and not myself. I was informed that i will get a refund from the Company that went into liquidation but when nobody know or will it even happen.
