Warranty enquiry

Hi I bought a car with MitMakMotors and took a platinum warranty,which includes towing benefits,I had a gearbox breakdown and was towed by my car tracker company,of which I am now paying them back the towing fees,I want to know that Some of the towing fees wasn't supposed to be paid by my warranty as the car is still under warranty?
