Very bad customer service from the workshop Management

Ive bought my Audi last year from Mitmak motor(Eugene Beukes) fantastic experience,i felt welcome. I had small issues with the car that Eugene attend to very professionally. One big problem with the car was that the clutch shuttered from the day i bought it, giving time to make sure its the clutch itself and not something els that was the problem. On the 15th of June 2022 Eugene locked the complaint on the system so Mitmak can look at it and sort it out. They were very slow to come back to me. Eventually the looked at it and said the clutch was good. Nothing was done, Clutch were still shuttering. I took it back and drove with the Manager to show and feel whats wrong, then they come back to me and tell me(that the car has no clutch component that can shutter, because its Automatic 😂😂😂). They were Ducking and Diving me for a while now. "Sorry we forgot" or we dont have a courtesy car for you. I took the Audi to a Professional Audi Specialist about 3 weeks back were he picked up immediately that Clutch 1(Dual clutch system) was fautlty. After a big argument about everything they told me that they can not(will not) do my clutch, because the Warranty people has been liquidated in September 2022. The main thing is the problem started from day 1 i bought the Audi, it was reported/locked before they were liquidated.They never send the Audi to a Professional to look at the Problem. Now they refuse to repair. 🤬🤬🤬
