Used car sales done right

We're always quick to complain and I pretty much always expect the worst from car dealerships, but Mitmak Motors surprised me. I was interested in buying a vehicle from them. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the sales person's side so I backed out of the deal because I wasn't happy.

Within 24 hours I got a call from the manager and Mitmak went above and beyond to assist me. I was even impressed by the way they treated their sales person afterwards. I obviously ended up buying the vehicle from them and haven't had an issue since Feb. Even got a follow-up call from them to ask if I was happy with the vehicle, which isn't something you'd expect from most car dealerships.

We're currently shopping for another used vehicle. Guess whose website I visited first? My loyalty is about as high as praise gets. Do yourself a favour and contact them if you're in the market for a used vehicle. There's a reason why they've grown to one of the biggest dealerships around.
