Unprofessional and *********

I found a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. The initial communications with Herold were great. I informed him that I would come and view the vehicle the next day. Arrived at the dealership and had a look at the vehicle and took it for a test drive. I was shown where their workshop was and that they do all their own work on the vehicles. I then filled in the details required for the finance application and the proceeded to wait as it was going to take about 30mins to an hour to process and get an result. This ended up being about 2 hours without a result. I then had to leave the site. We continued to communicate over WhatsApp and phone calls to structure the deal. I made numerous requests for access to the OTP as things weren't adding up in terms of the installment. They keep trying to push their warranty product even though I informed them that I wanted to go with what my bank could provide at a fraction of the cost and that it wouldn't be financed over the term of the vehicle. The warranty is only valid for 2 years. I then get told by Herold that the banks warranty will be fine as long as the cover is a minimum of 6 months. I then speak to Charles who tells me a different story. They are actually going to do their warranty and that someone in upper management will not approve the deal unless I take their warranty. As I wanted to close the deal and that it would be paid using my deposit I decided the I would accept their offer. At 4PM almost 2 whole days after I viewed the vehicle I get told that the previous day at 8AM someone had put down a holding deposit. This is the worst experience I have ever had try to purchase a vehicle. The whole experience took the joy and excitement out of wanting to own this vehicle so I subsequently walked away from the deal. I advise anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle from them to be careful and to not let them force you into do something that only benefits them and not what is best for you.
