Toyota avanza delivered in limpopo

Terrible service and empty promises from the sales guys and when you have a problem with they car nobody cares,the toyota avanza had many problems and the promises to fix it but they didn't. The radiator fell of the car just few days after they delivered the vehicle, what can't of service is that?
