After purchasing a vehicle last year from Mit Mak Motors we could'nt be happier, service was great. Unfortunately the after sales service destroyed this experience for my wife and I when we found out that admin details on the vehicle wasn't done, when we needed to book it for a service with BMW. The salesperson we bought the car from simply didn't do anything, and never returned any of my wife's calls. He then stopped taking her calls altogether. We were put through to other consultants who also simply didn't do anything to help us resolve the problem. We eventually got hold of Quinton Hattingh, who gave us service above and beyond what could be expected. He made our problem his own, and resolved weeks of frustrations on our side, in almost no time. An employee like Quinton is really an asset to any business, and he restored our faith in Mit Mak Motors as a whole. People are quick to criticize, but very slow to compliment service. Thank you Quinton, you are our hero!
