Anyway, Juwillie eventually contacted me and made sure I was heard regarding my concerns. I have since parted with R4500, but that's not her mistake. Juwillie has been an angel from day 1 until I received my car back yesterday. She is a keeper, please ensure she is in the Front Line and Promote her - she is excellent with Customers!!
