Terrible Service

After previously putting up a complaint to get my issue resolved and being begged to remove it, I am yet again sitting with a problem. Speaking to management is a waste of time, promises of return calls which never come. After sales service is ********** to say the least. More than 6 months later I still don't have a spare key for my car despite numerous promises. I am sick and tired of calling to follow up!
