Super after-sales service!

I brought a vehicle from Mit Mak Motors in March 2021 without seeing the vehicle in person, and Ashley assisted me with the deal. His service was very professional, and he kept me updated on the progress all the time. He sent me loads of photos, on which I voiced some concerns. He addressed each one of them in a friendly and professional manner, which included fitting new tires, replacing the windscreen, and fitting a new tonneau cover. After a week or so Aaron, a friendly driver, delivered the vehicle at our home in Bloemfontein, free of charge!

I noticed a few problems with the vehicle once delivered. Mostly cosmetic imperfections. I reached out to Stefan at MMM, and he arranged for a driver to come and fetch the vehicle in Bloemfontein. They even left us a courtesy vehicle to use while our vehicle was fixed. A week later the driver was back to deliver our vehicle. Unfortunately, there were still two spots on the vehicle that bugged me. Stefan asked me to get a quotation, emailed it to him, and payment was made to the panel beater within a few days to sort out the final issues.

With great after-sales service like this, I will definitely support MMM again! Even without being able to visit them, or see the vehicle in person, be assured that they will go out of their way to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Well done Ashley, Bobby, Mark, Aaron, and especially Stefan for looking after me and providing unheard of service!
