If there were more stars I would give more. My wife has been looking for a car and had a certain idea of what she wanted and what she wanted out of the deal. Herme exceeded all expectations and my wife walked away with the car she was looking for and their trade in was R15k more than any offer we got. My wife walked away feeling treated with respect, was listened too by Herme and he really went out of his way to make her feel like she was the only customer that day at MitMak although there were plenty around. Their cars are clean and in showroom condition, every staff member greeted us even on the passby. It was really satisfying and Herme explained everything in detail and what to expect after the sale. He is even delivering the vehicle to our house... Saterday afternoon signed Monday delivered.... Herme is a real asset to Mit Mak motors... well done guys sterling service and your coffee is great too.....
