Speedy, reliable and friendly service - Norman

Very friendly and speedy service from Norman. Much appreciated as I had to push them to get the vehicle quickly and they performed. They did dekra, service, contracts, insurance and wash all in 4 hours and it that time I waited they brought me coffee etc. Really good experience. Janine in the FNI department did amazing work to decrease my instalments and that was much appreciated. The vehicle still has some kinks as they had to rush but offered to phone me as soon as they have the parts etc. Overall great experience
