Service with a smile!

What an absolutely great interaction. I visited the Kolonnade outlet of Mit Mak Motors. The staff member was friendly, courteous, professional and absolutely efficient with the transaction. He was able to secure R15000 more on this than was I was able to get from other dealers and agents. Even though there was a delay with my new vehicle, he was able to arrange another day in order to get my new vehicle. I'm absolutely flabbergasted! This type of service is unbelievable as we have become so accustomed to poor service that this was really refreshing. Well done to Mik Mak motors and Renier at the Kolonnade. You are legendary!
