Service Failure

I picked up my car on 18 June 2021. It is a convertible and supposed to have the back wind deflectors. I have been querying this since. In August I was advised that the wind deflectors had arrived. On route. I was called and advised that this was given to another customer. Then it was confirmed that the wrong wind deflectors was ordered and the correct order will be placed. I have been consistently following up since with feedback that it is being followed up. 3 months later and still no proper feedback.
