A stressful start to buying a new vehicle. Although much thanks to a gentleman named Charles who was quick to jump in a give quality service. I bought a vehicle a week ago, as i currently working away from home about every second week i was not home to do the paperwork ect. Justice and Tebogo assisted me, i was quite happy at first as Justice helped to put paperwork through for me while i was away. They also came to inspect the current car i was driving and offered to fetch it and bring it back to my residence. A week went by and i was happy with the progress, i work Monday to Sunday and had to specifically take off the next Monday to collect my vehicle which was i was told would be ready at 9 am. I arrived and Tebogo told me that the car is mot ready and he can not tell me what time it will be ready but they need my current vehicle to stay at the dealership, by then my insurance already removed insurance on my current vehicle and placed it on the car i was meant to collect. Meaning i was driving around with an un-insured vehicle.

After a whole discussion Charles came and assisted us, as he understood the frustration due to Justice & Tebogo not communicating with us effectively. He offered to take my partner to work and even drop me at home as my vehicle wasnt ready. Eventually Justice phoned and it ended up in 3 people communicating different plans and information to me, which made me very frustrated as i specifically took off from work.

At the end of the day, Charles dealt with all the issues and made sure i received my vehicle, he eent to go fetch my vehicle himself from its current location to ensure i get it today. I appreciate the help from Justice who did the paperwork to ensure it was all ready and approved for when i return,he made it much easier i am just unhappy about the communication from his side and how he handled the situation. It was convenient that Tebogo collected my current vehicle for inspection, although i am also unhappy that i was called in the morning to come for the car when he knew the car wasnt there or ready.

Thank you to Charles who collected me at home in his personal vehicle and dropped me off again. Thank you for ALL your work Charles, for being so friendly, for calling to check up on process, for assistance and for ultimately just making my day
