14.10.2022 Initially I was impressed with their service when I bought my car. Friendly, efficient and helpful. They were also very helpful every time I took the car back.

No problem in that regards BUT they don't seem to get the problem solved.

I was at the workshop in Pretoria North on Wednesday this week for the oil leak that now was "repaired" 3 times: May 2022 - when I bought the car August 2022 -master cylinder was replaced October 2022 - "fixed" the pipe.

I was given the assurance that the problem was now addressed and that I should not have anymore problems. I even received an email stating that the problem was solved.

On Thursday afternoon when got to my car after work, the leak is STILL there.

I have send an email on Thursday afternoon to MIKMAK Motors informing them of the situation and this is now Friday 13h17 and NOBODY has contacted me.

That guy telling us that MITMAK is number One on HelloPeter should seriously rethink his statement because his workshop is letting him down.

Don't get me wrong....they have the most friendly and helpful staff...I just seriously question their ability to fix a problem.

I received a call back from MITMAK MOTORS on Friday 14.10.2022 at 18h15 from Ernest(workshop manager) after I posted on Hallopeter. He arrange with me to phone me on Monday to make an arrangement for my car to be fix. I also send and email to Bobby(CEO). Nothing happened since then. Nobody phone or communicated with me. I am still waiting......If they take this long to make an appointment, how long will it take to fix my car...this is ridiculous...and then they asked me to retract my review...not yet.
