Horrible after sale service

The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they gave me a half tank of Diesel on my car purchase.

I had to constantly follow up after the sale to try and get a spare key for my car (which you would think is a standard included item) JJ the salesperson just said they bought the car originally without the key so that just becomes my problem now.

After following up twice just to get a service booklet the eventually ordered me one which I had to drive and get by myself after talking to the branch manager

The financing department is fantastic, but the salesperson JJ is horribly ***********, stay away.

This was by far the worst experience I had buying a vehicle, and this was my 7th car purchase. Sort out your Salespeople Mit Mak
