Sales good, service not so great

After I bought my Mazda from MIT Mak Motors in Pretoria the sales person Wayne was very helpful till the end. But when it comes to asking questions about your contract the person you signed the contract with (Eduan) can't even make contract with you, I'm still waiting and it has been almost 2 weeks now.
