I would like to thank Margaret Birkholtz for the amazing assistance and for going out of her way with the service she delivered. I was contacted by Margaret Birkholtz on Saturday morning regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I had submitted a request late Friday evening and was surprised to have received a call so soon. Arrangements were made to view the vehicle and that same afternoon I submitted documentation for the application. Monday morning I received a call to tell me that everything was approved and I took delivery of the vehicle Monday afternoon, and this after a driver drove 1 ½ hours to come collect me. Margaret Birkholtz keep up the great service, I believe that you will reach new heights at Mit Mak. Mit Mak, thak you for all the staff involved from the 1st call to driving off with the vehicle. Great customer service. I do believe I will purchase a vehicle from you again in the future.
