Ryno was very helpful en patient during the entire process. He answered every question truthfully and in such a way that I could understand exactly what he ment. He made sure to inform me and my mother of every step that happened during the purchasing process and still after we purchased he is helpful. If he did not know the answer to a question he will ask someone who might know. He was so patient en kind during the entire prosess, from the day I saw the car until the day I got the car, he helped us and guided us the entire way through. He was so happy when I got the car because his words were, if his client is happy and smiling he knows his job is done correctly.
